How does applying work?

Create your profile, browse listings and click 'Apply'. The venue receives your application and can contact you directly. Track the status from your dashboard.

Do I have to pay to use the platform?

No, registration and applications are completely free. With the optional Premium plan you can send unlimited applications and activate profile boosting.

What is Premium for workers?

A monthly or annual subscription that removes the monthly application limit (from 5 to unlimited) and unlocks boosts: you can feature your profile and individual applications at the top of the list.

How many applications can I send per month?

With the free plan you can send up to 5 applications per month. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. With Premium, applications are unlimited.

How do I track my applications?

From 'My applications' in your dashboard you can see the updated status of every application: sent, viewed, shortlisted or not selected.

What are credits?

Credits are the platform's internal currency. They are used to unlock candidate contact details (3 credits), feature listings (10 or 25 credits) or activate the Urgent badge (8 credits).

How do I buy credits?

From the 'Credits' section in your dashboard you can purchase packs of 5, 15 or 40 credits by secure card payment (Stripe). No subscription required.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits never expire and remain in your balance until you use them.

How does contact unlocking work?

When you find an interesting candidate, click 'Unlock contact': 3 credits are deducted and you can immediately see their phone, email and CV. The unlock is permanent for that application.

Can I edit or close a listing?

Yes. From 'My listings' in your dashboard you can edit details, change the status from active to closed, or delete the listing at any time.
